We photograph every product as packed. Screens render colour differently, and dry fruits vary in size and shade between harvests. Prices change without notice.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept or decline it. You get a confirmation by email once we accept.
Personalised gift boxes go into production after you confirm. You cannot cancel them once packing starts.
Pay cash on delivery, or in advance by card, bank account or wallet through PayFast. Cash on delivery means full payment at the door. Advance orders enter production after the payment clears.
We ship within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time depends on your city. Couriers cause delays we do not control and we take no responsibility for those.
Food safety limits what we take back. Contact us within 7 days if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or below the quality we promise. Send photos. We replace or refund.
We do not accept returns on opened packs or on personalised gift boxes, unless the product arrived faulty.
Dryzenroyal accepts no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
