How long we take to pack, ship and deliver your order.
We pack your order within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. You get a notification the moment it ships.
Personalised gift boxes take longer. Each product page lists its own lead time.
Standard delivery runs 3 to 7 business days. Remote areas take a few days more.
Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 2,500. Below that, we calculate the charge at checkout from your order weight and delivery city. You see the full amount before you pay.
Track your order from your dashboard under Orders. The status updates as we pack and ship.
Order late, damaged or missing? Email dryzenroyal@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Send photos if the package arrived damaged. We replace or refund.
Pay cash on delivery, or in advance by card, bank account or wallet through PayFast. For cash on delivery, keep the exact amount ready.
